I went back to the gym yesterday for the first time in about three months since I got really busy at work. I can barely lift my arm now to even feed myself. Sore.
The thing is to balance your exercises. Did you push too hard or the weight was too much for you? If you made less than 5 repetitions for an exercise, it is.
Now if you have done legwork with weight to do 5-10 repetitons 3-4 times, you'd have fun walking too :)
I am a lover of chocolate, shopping, puppies, techno-gadgets, board games, corny jokes, anything cute and the color purple. I worked at Google for 5 years and am now enjoying working at a startup. I love spending time with fun loving people whether we are doing something exciting or just hanging out.
